Increasing profits
Reducing spoiled cold room contents

Acting quickly on issues reduces the amount of contents that needs to be destroyed. Less spoilage, lower costs means better bottom line.

Reducing risks
Lowering risk of using spoiled contents in your process

Spoiled goods identified quickly and not issued for use. Downstream processes not inadvertently contaminated by spoiled contents

Improving HACCP compliance
Improving level of detail and availability of records

Sampling more often and recording details on a secure system. Ensuring comprehensive records are available for analysis and review.

Why

The experience you provide your clients defines what they think of you. The quality of the products you serve them is critical. To achieve this goal you depend on your processes creating out outputs that match the quality you strive to deliver. Protecting the quality of you inputs and process integrity needs products that are stored and maintained at the right temperatures. CCMP helps manage this.

What

CCMP is a technology solution that measures the temperatures in cold rooms remotely(fridges/ freezes). The measurements are collected at a defined schedule (generally every 15 minutes) and transmitted to the CCMP(hosted in the cloud).

Immediate Notification of Temperature Issues
Proactive Communication

Users receive notifications of any issues on their cell phone. The status boards and reports are available on both cell phones and computer browsers remotely. The latest temperatures received from the cold rooms is displayed on a status dashboard. With a glance one can easily see if there are any issues on any of the cold rooms.

Realtime Temperature and Status Dashboards
Real-time Communication

The current temperatures and statuses of the cold rooms are displayed locally on the Sentinels connected to each of the respective cold rooms.

Recording and Analyzing Temperature Data
Analytics and Data

The temperature measurements are recorded on CCMP in a database. The temperatures are automatically compared to the cold room parameters you define. If the temperature exceeds the required range one or more users, specified by you, are notified of the issue by Sms.

Daily HACCP Temperature Reports
Reporting and Compliance

Once a day, all the temperature measurements are added to a report for each cold room. These reports are stored securely on the CCMP solution. The reports can be downloaded at anytime.

Transmitting Temperature Data
Network

The temperature measurements are transmitted over the independent CCMP network. The network uses WiFi and mobile data to connect the measurement devices to the CCMP host.
